Ajustes (controles horarios):



- Objetivo: glucemias entre 100-150 mg/dl
- Controles horarios hasta valores estables entre 100-150 mg/dl por >4 hs, luego cada 2 hs.
- Alcanzada glucemia menor a 200 mg/dl iniciar goteo de Dextrosa 5%
- Tratamiento de hipoglucemia: hipertonico glucosado 25% 1 ampoule c/ 15 min. hasta glucemia >60 mg/dl
- Basado en la tabla de insulina

Atracurium

1 ampoule = 50 mg / 5 mL

Dose: 5 - 20 mcg/kg/min






Labetalol

1 ampoule = 20 mg

Dose: 0,5 - 2 mcg/min





Sodium nitroprusside

1 ampoule = 50 mg

Dose: 0.5 - 8 mcg/kg/min
